You might wonder if it’s really worth having screenwash – won’t water do?

Water might work in some gentler climes, but here in the UK with our famously cold and wet winters, screenwash helps to avoid an icy windscreen as it contains antifreeze. It also does a better job of cleaning your windscreen as it has some detergent in it. You wouldn’t clean your home with just water, and the same should apply to your car.
