Great service, would definitely recommend.
From booking my Audi in right through to the MOT and service, the whole experience was excellent. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful, and I really felt my car was in good hands. Great service and excellent value for money too. Would definitely recommend and I’ll certainly be using them again!
Cannot thank Phoenix Motor Centre enough for their assistance after purchasing a car that then started showing management lights on the dashboard. During their investigation they found that the car had two modifications that we were not advised of causing it to go into limp mode. It was returned to the place of purchase on a transporter at their expense under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as it was not fit for purpose.
Another great bit of service from Phoenix. Main dealer flagged brake pads and discs needed doing quickly in a standard ‘health check’. One quick call to Phoenix and they managed to get me in and out on the same day and all for a third less than the main dealer quoted me.
